Leadership isn’t about titles or suits—it’s about how you show up for Coventry. Answer these 3 questions to see how you’re already making a difference. Keep track of which letter (A, B, C, or D) you choose most often.
1. You notice a local space (like a park or community centre) is being neglected or closed down. What do you do?
A) Talk to the people who use it to see how they’re feeling and keep everyone connected.
B) Organise a cleanup day or a protest meeting to show that people still care about it.
C) Find out who is responsible and write a formal challenge to stop them from neglecting it.
D) Look for the most passionate people in the neighbourhood and encourage them to lead a campaign to save it.
2. When you see something unfair happening in your community, your first thought is:
A) “Who else is feeling this? We need to stick together.”
B) “What is the first practical step we can take to fix this?”
C) “Why is the system allowed to work this way? This needs to change at the top.”
