We’re hiring – two new community organising roles

Has a new year got you thinking about the impact you’re making in your career? We have two exciting new job opportunities on offer that could have the positive impact you’re looking for.

The Team Leader and Community Organiser roles sit within our Connecting for Good Cov social movement work to end isolation and marginalisation in Coventry and reform the system that allows it.

Communities thrive when people have the power to take action together on what matters to them.

Your mission as a Team Leader will be to help manage a team of organisers and to create a city where people are more connected to one another, a city that is fairer and more equal.

Your focus will be on listening, building relationships and organising people to take action that makes a difference. Based in Coventry with a full-time salary from £30,451 pa. Click here to apply online.

As a Community Organiser you will be a self-starter, personable, highly organised, a thoughtful relationship-builder with a strategic mind who can confidently relate to institutions, city leaders and ordinary citizens.

The work requires ‘movement building’ and ‘community organising’. Your mission as an Organiser will be to nurture a city where people have the power to take action together on what matters to them. Based in Coventry with a full-time salary from £27,741 pa. Click here to apply online.

Both roles close to applications on 27 January 2022. Find out more about a career with Grapevine here.
